Lse accommodation

I am trying to book accommodation but when I put my student ID and d.o.b into it it says ‘Sorry, we do not seem to have a record of you as a student at or applicant to the University. Please check the details you entered are correct.’

Hey has it been 48 hours since firming on UCAS? If not that’s why

Thanks it has been over 48 hours now but the error is still there unfortunately

Edit: im wondering if it excludes the weekend

Just got off the phone with them, turns out is 48 working hours, hope this helps
