Sending saas household income form

I was rejected of my saas application because there was something wrong with it and I've filled in the household income form but don't know where I'm supposed to upload it too. Someone help

Hey Yaboi,I assume, that any kind of document that they want back go into the “Document Uploader” section, try this, but you might’ve been already done, good luck!
