If you mean does it have higher than average entry requirements, then yes, Leeds requires ABB at A level or equivalent whereas the average for other DR courses is BBB. You will need to show you have relevant work experience and you will also be required to complete an interview, but this is common for all DR courses.

If I don’t have work experience but have volunteering experience in a hospital. Is it ok or better to have work experience?

Any public facing work/volunteering experience is good. If you could also get a day or half a day shadowing staff in the radiography department that would be good as it shows you understand the role. If you can't arrange this (it has become a lot harder since Covid), then search Youtube for 'a day in the life of a diagnostic radiographer' videos. There are lots out there.
