Use the 'blurting' technique; open up the revision guide or your own notes and write down everything you can remember, then use your notes to fill in the gaps in a different colour. Keep doing this until you've memorised everything. Practice the longer questions and time yourself whilst doing them so you know how much time you need to spend on each one.
