Still Looking for a student to take over my room at the very nice accommodation "The Depot" in Exeter from 27th May 2023 until 31st Aug 2023 (for 14 weeks or a little less). It is a bright, large 20sqm Platinum Plus En Suite Room on the 4th floor with a city view. The kitchen & sitting area is shared only by 6 flats. All bills included, very nice common areas and courtyard, free gym, cafe and grocery store in the same block. Great Location: It is only 1 mile from Exeter Uni Streatham Campus and Train station, 0.4 mile from Exeter Uni St Lukes Campus and 0.3 miles from downtown / high street. Must be a student and must let me know by the 7th of May at the latest. Official tenancy price is at £205 / week. Message me if interested
