Hello,
I have received an offer letter for "MSc Entrepreneurship of smart medicines" from Trinity College Dublin
"Msc Biomedical Innovation" from the University of Birmingham
"MSc Clinical drug development" from Queen Mary University of London
I have also applied to the University of Leeds and Glasgow.
I want to work in a sizable pharmaceutical industry and am confused about the job prospects in Ireland and the UK.
Where should I go ?

I'd suggest you to please compare the modules of the course from the universities and choose the one which you feel are most interesting to you and will help you with career growth. Alongside, do a good research on the life at all the universities, try getting in touch with alumni and know what they say about their experience, compare pros and cons and then come to a conclusion.
