Driving Test - Number Plate

Hi! On your driving test, whose number plate do you read? Is it the car that you’ll be driving, or is it any car that is in the test centre car park?

when you taking the test? depending on if it’s at a driving school or a dmv

The examiner will point out a car for you to read the number plate.

They need to use a car you don’t know the registration of. Probably they know the parking spaces that are around, probably a bit more than, the prescribed distance. Apparently a tape measure comes out if it’s needed, wonder if it ever really happens
