One at a time. So you would apply to uni A. If they reject you or you don't like their offer and reject them, you can then apply to uni B. And so on...

Phone several Unis to see if the course you want is still open.
Pick your top choice - and quickly get an Extra application in.
If its a No, then you substitute you next choice, and so on until you get a place or you run out of realistic options.
