Student Finance Timeline

Hi! Just wanted to ask if anyone knows how the timeline of getting student finance works? I’ve been awarded a bursary for low income by my uni, but my student finance says it’s all confirmed and there is only record of me being awarded the minimum maintenance loan? Is there like a second time frame for being given extra/maximum student loan?
