What is a good estimate of grade boundaries for a 9 in maths?

There is no way of telling. The grade boundaries are scaled every year based on the difficulty of the paper. Ofqual did confirm that examiners will be slightly more lenient when setting grade boundaries this year - by no means does this mean the grade boundaries will be any lower than 2019 (again, it depends on the difficulty of the paper).
