Locuming as SHO on Tier 4 ( Student Visa)

Is it possible to Locum as a doctor in the UK provided I have GMC registration and license to part time as a locum Doctor? My friend is willing do a masters to get a foot into the system. She said she was allowed to work 20 hours per week but I am not really sure :/
