I got give a job contract for temp work and in the contract it said this?
"From time to time the Company may pay for you to attend training [...]so you will be liable to repay" So they want me to pay for traning when i leave . is that normal?? i have never seen that before and it's in the leasure industry for a lifeguard job for more context

before you sign it definitely call up your manager/supervisor and ask them to clarify
