self catering accommodation - 32 week contract
Hello, I have a cousin who is looking to go to Exeter this September and we were just wondering, if he stayed in catered accommodation under a 32 week contract does he need to move all his belongings out of his room during the Christmas and Easter holidays? We know he cannot stay in his room during the holidays but can his possessions be locked up in his room or would somebody else be staying in his room? thanks for your help
