Will my parcel arrive today?

I should be receiving a delivery soon and it says:

We have your item at South West Parcel Hub and it's on its way.

Does this mean it will arrive today????

You parcel may arrive today. Or it may not.

It still needs to get from that hub to the local delivery office, and from that delivery office to you. Do you know when it arrived at the hub? It may be that it arrived at the hub after last time for parcels to be collected from there and transferred to the local delivery office. Or it may now have reached the local delivery office, but after parcels were collected there for delivery to individual properties today.

Which delivery service is it?

Have you been getting any other updates regarding the progress of your parcel?
e.g. Amazon tends to let me know my order has been confirmed, dispatched, is coming today, and has been delivered; Evri often tells me they're expecting my parcel, they've got my parcel, it's out for delivery with the courier, and it's been delivered.
Sometimes there is a way to track the parcel.

So it might arrive today, or it might be in the next day or two. Some services will tell you a specific day, and time range, but some won't :smile:
