Leeds/birmingham law (graduate program)

Since the Graduate Law program of both these universities of just accelerated versions of the LLB, do you think they would be willing to allow students that have completed only one year of undergraduate into the course ?
If yes, for an international student, what are the implications for the visa ? I know they would have to return to their home country but the application could be put under risk of refusal.
