Am I a muppet?

I have been a gamer since I was a kid. I would watch Twitch when I wasn't playing. You can say I love gaming. Recently I found a site like Twitch called JoystickTV but let's just say it's more extreme. I fancy quite a few of the streamers on there to the point I can't wait until they come back on. Right now I should probably be asleep as I am so tired but my favorite streamer is on. I find myself getting less and less sleep. Does anyone else find themselves spending way too much times on sites like this? If so what did you do to stop?
