transfering universities from year 2 to year 3 undergraduate adult nursing degree

what is the process of transferring from one university to another through clearing? and is it the same process of applying through UCAS with a personal statement?

I don't think there is a process to transfer to second or third year via Clearing. Clearing is designed for courses which have fewer applicants (or fewer applicants with the right grades) than there are places on the course. That being the case it is, I believe, designed for year 1 entry only (or year 0 entry in the case of courses with a foundation year).

That shouldn't stop you transferring, however. It just wouldn't be through Clearing.
