Paying for Uni

I am so confused with student finance. If you are not applying for a loan, do you still need to make an account and fill in the information?

If not, how does it work when you do not apply for a student loan? How do you pay the university?

If you aren’t applying for student finance it might be wise to make an account just on the off chance you do need a loan in the future. There’s no harm in having an account on student finance even if you don’t use it.

As for payments, people without student finance will have to pay the university directly with their own money. For example, my university has a payment portal where you can pay anything outstanding yourself! I’m sure most unis will have something similar to make the process easier.
