I need help with revision

I am going to year 11 in a few weeks and i really want to come out next year with 8’s and 9’s. I am really smart but since the pandemic i lost my drive to learn and study. This has put at a disadvantage as if the pandemic never happened my predicted grade would have been 7,8,9 but now im sitting at 3,4,5 and 6 if im really lucky. What can i do to really succeed because i know if im not able to find a way to revise and make time for it in the future i wont

its important to find a revision method thats best for you imo. whether thats notes making flashcards or using both(thats what i did but i didnt make flashcards i used the physics and maths tutor ones for sciences). prac questions and past papers are a must if u want to get above like a 7 imo. revise for mocks and topic tests too
also dont burn urself out by doing like 7 hours a day for like a week and then just getting really tired and burning out. stay consistent with around 2-3 hrs(unless ur near an exam or mock or gcses etc) common sense will tell u when its important to increase revision

just stay consistent + make sure u know content + after u know content do flashcards or something to make sure u know it off by heart + do prac questions

i got like mainly 5s and a few 6s and like one 7 in my year 10 mocks and in gcses got 99988888775 so its definitely possible to get mainly 8s and 9s
good luck

Although the pandemic brought with it unique problems, you still can apply operative strategies to excel. The fact that you're motivated to excel in Year 11 is the first step towards regaining momentum in your studies. I should congratulate you for this! I would advise you to divide your study sessions into smaller, manageable chunks. This can make studying more approachable and less overwhelming.
