Error UCAS FORM

Just realised having re read and re read the Ucas form that I have put the wrong board down for A Level Geog should be WJEC not OCR as I have put. Have put down the correct module codes and titles for WJEC. Also put down the A/S results down for WJEC. Is this a herrendous mistake, how can I remedy this and get over the stress of not seeing the error until the form had gone off.All other modules and boards are right.

it's not a big issue, ucas knows people make mistake like that, if it's been sent to ucas by your referee just call or email them or if it hasn't just tell your careers advisor to release the form so you can amend it.
