Deferral and Reapplication
I rejected my first choice offer before results day as I expected to do much worse but ended up doing significantly better.
Unfortunately, I missed clearing as I was in the hospital.
Is it possible that I could defer my current place and reapply for university for 2024.
If I reapply, can I reuse my personal statement and teacher references?

You can defer your place if the university allow you to but you would have to reject it in order to start a new application.
If you are unsure if you want this place then defer and take some time off from the whole process. Then start thinking about it all again in the autumn.
