Not all MEng chemeng courses will offer you the BEng after 3 years so you’d have to find that out first. And if you did get a Bachelors then you would have to reapply for your masters so it would be £13k
If you do a separate masters you will have pay the postgraduate fees (these are set separately for every course & university), there is not a national fixed fees as there is with undergraduate studies.
