Guys if I want to resit my gcse maths and english is it compulsory to do so in November or can I choose to do so next year as well??

The exam boards don't have a policy which mandates that resits happen in November only. They'd be happy with you resitting in May/June next year. However, your school/college may have its own policy - so you'd need to check with them.
