May I ask if anyone is familiar with this major, which courses are more interesting?
Where can I get a reading list and purchase second-hand textbooks?
Are most of the students in this major Chinese?

I'm not a TESOL student so can't really advise you on which modules are interesting but as for your other questions, you can find a reading list on Talis.

There's a Facebook group for purchasing second-hand books that you can look at and see if anyone is selling the books for your course. You can also choose to use the digital copies of the books instead of buying them- that's what I've been doing since the e-books are free and you can easily get the latest versions through the library website. You can get in touch with DCAD via email ([email protected]) and ask if they allow you to use ebooks.

I'm not sure of the composition of students in the course but I do know a few Chinese people who did the course.
