Hi everyone,
I have submitted my UCAS application and have applied for city, Hertfordshire, Leicester, St Georges and LSBU. I am currently studying BTEC level 3 extended diploma in applied science. My extracurriculars are doing a one day placement in the radiography department, and working part time, I am currently working in a tuition centre for kids aged 4-16.

Hi, I’ve applied for Leeds, Leicester , Liverpool, derby and Sheffield Hallam. I had my interview for derby today and had been worrying all week but honestly it’s fine. The people were so nice and chatty and they ask a few questions and that’s basically it. The interview it’s self only last 20 mins tbh and I spoke quickly so it could go longer but it’s not as bad as it seems it’s fine when you get talking. That one was in person though my Sheffield Hallam and Leicester ones are not and on teams but I doubt they’ll be much different as they have about the same amount of time. Honestly I wouldn’t stress too much just talk about why you want to do it and go from there.

Hi everyone, I’ve applied to Sheffield Hallam, uni of derby, Liverpool, Leicester and Leeds. My predicted grades are AAA I do history chemistry and physics. I did some work experience in the radiography department in a hospital as well.
Has anyone had interview yet if so how did people find them. I had one at derby today in person and I think it went well don’t want to be too optimistic. Also has anyone had a reply from Liverpool. And how are the online interviews ?
Sorry for so many questions just nobody I know is doing this course 😭

Oh also sorry I forgot to say in my last reply derby told me they get back by March latest with an offer or if it had been successful, but it could be earlier.

I have had my BCU interview, but it was a few weeks ago, I have heard back from others that I have had an interview. Does anyone else know how long it could be until hearing? Thanks!

Heyy, I've had three interviews so far (Leicester, Brighton and BCU) and I have one with Keele on Monday. They were all online interviews and they've all been chill, I'd say just have some water by your side to help keep your nerves at bay also if there's a question you're trying to think of an answer drinking ur water might give u a bit more time lmaoo. All my interviews lasted between 15-20 mins but I'm quite a fast talker and a few questions asked throughout the interviews were ones I had a rough pre planned answer for. I got an offer from Brighton the day after my interview, Leicester said they'll get back with a result once all the interviews have been conducted so means I gotta wait till spring 2024 : ( and BCU said it can take 10 days to get a result back. For Leeds did you get sent that additional information from?

I had mine with them on Monday and they said it can take up to 10 days to hear back but because of Christmas it might take longer and so I might only hear back in January, might be the same for u too. How did you find the interview?

I think it went really well, it seemed the most chilled out of all that I have had. How did you find it?

omg i'm the complete opposite i thought that went the worst out of all the ones i had, the scenarios i got asked completely threw me off, had to start waffling so much looool

Thankyou for some reason I'm more nervous for the online ones. When i went to derby today they said it can take until March until i hear back from them which is slightly annoying but oh well. And yep from Leeds i got sent the additional information i still need to fill it in but ill be doing it today probably. but i think their interview are later than everyone else's. My other interviews are after Christmas and Leicester is another one so ill be waiting till spring for that as well. But Thankyou, it seems like the online ones are very similar to the in person one.

Hii, ive had my interview for Sheffield Hallam this Wednesday and got my offer yesterday. Icl my interview went so bad in my opinion but I still got an offer which very much shocked me but other than that very standard questions the same as all the other unis I had interviews for. I did have an issue that the interviewer said they couldn’t hear me although I was practically shouting so I’m blaming that on my colleges mic system lol
