Carehome activities volunteer 1day/week?
Oxfam volunteer 1day /week?

You are not going to get anywhere if you stay panicking and not think about this strategically, you need to think about all your options carefully with a clear mind. If you truly want adivce, I suggest you calm down for a bit and come back when you are 100% have ur mind clear

that should be enough for sunderland then ! i think you need minimum 80 hours

yeah they don't include volunteering hours anymore unfortunately, exeter was rejecting even high ucat this year

ik they don't use r+r form, but sunderland still requires a 250 word submission about volunteering, minimum 80 hours
