Is Eng lit better taking that psychology in IAL

So I am doing EDEXCEL IALs and my school requires me to do a fourth subject for which I was not prepared for so I took CS but it was hard and now I am clueless on the subject that I must do instead of it I want a subject that has more worth doing

Eng lit is a nightmare!

Mostly because you will be unsure about how you will do in the exam even after the exams since after youve done studying, you wouldnt know what to expect.

I'd feel like although both subjects require a lot of writing and learning, I'd have been more confident with psychology which I didn't do. Atleast I'd feel confident about what Ive studied.
