Army officer scholarship in year 12

In year 12 I will be 18 years can I still apply for the scholarship is it too late to apply or I wait for uotc

As you are in year 12 I believe you can still apply for the Army Scholarship board and they will assess you through "Baby Board". It is essentially AOSB briefing and Main Board combined. I would definitely recommend it as everyone there is at the same stage and you get an idea of what the assessment is like even if you are not successful.
