I am an international student who applied for the university of Chester on early December. But I have not heard back from them yet. Does that means I am rejected? I already got four offers but Uni of Chester is my first choice.

I have been in touch with them for the last 1 month or more but unfortunately there was no response. is there any other way to get in touch and check the status of my application.
