I'd find it funny because if it were my partner it would be something he did as a joke to crack me up, but if he was serious about it I know we'd both openly be okay about it and know because we're pretty open about things such as that and he wouldn't feel judged. I don't think he would have hid it, but yea if he was serious and I found out, I'd ask him why he wanted to cross dress and support him because that's just what he's into and kink-shaming is silly.
