Depends how you do it. If you taper in a slow and safe mannor with agreement with your dr its not particulary dangerous, though you can still get discontinuation syndrome

It's arirprizola that I have tapered for 3 weeks now I feel better but feel less intelligent is this normal losing intelligence?

Have you done it under medical supervision? Ie in partnership with the mh team or ypur dr?

And how do you feel "less intelligant"

I would probably discuss all this with a medical professional as noone on here can give you definate answers as they dont know ypur situation
