Confirmation of Received Aplplication

Hello, I am an international student from Ireland and have recently sent off my application for medicine to Birmingham. I’ve received confirmation emails from all of the other schools except for Birmingham, and I was wondering if this is normal or I should follow up on this? I’m not too familiar with the UCAS system.

This is normal. It's still early days for uni applications in the UK, so don't worry. I applied in October and didn't hear back from all my universities until March.

Very normal. Birmingham was my only choice not to send a confirmation email, but the only so far to have sent an actual offer.

I'm pretty sure Birmingham don't send out confirmation emails. I didn't get anything when I sent off my application a couple weeks ago, but I received an offer the other day which was the first thing I heard from them. The same thing happened for my friend, so definitely don't worry!
