Shortlisting medicine applicants for interview at Oxford

I've done some research about how Oxford selects applicants for interview and it looks like they consider GCSEs and BMAT score only. I know they consider the entire UCAS application when giving out offers so I just wanted to confirm whether they ignore stuff like predicted grades, personal statement etc. until after the interviews?
