Can universities change their conditional offers?
Recently, I got an offer to study Aeronautics at Manchester, and the offer was AAA ( I already have one A*, so A*AAA). But a few hours later they updated my conditional offer to A*AA. Can unis do this? Surely they can’t change the offer once it’s already on UCAS
