LSE Management

I’m applying bsc management and my PS is mainly about my work experience and what I did in school projects.

I see a lot of exemplars from other courses that contain some personal insights regarding books they read, their research, etc. I do have books and documentaries but don’t really have my personal insights other than just saying “from this experience, I learned bla bla” or “I learned this from book and adopted in my research”

Should this be okay for bsc management or should I cut some stuff abt what I did in my internships out and include my insights?
