Has anyone been asked to submit digital ID again. AO HMRC

I received this email yesterday from the ubsrecruitment guys :

It looks like there is an issue with your digital ID check which is currently being progressed. Can you please submit your Passport and Driving Licence here at UBS, Volume Recruitment Checks (Unity) <[email protected]> as they may not have been captured properly with the digital check. The Passport needs to show both personal details and observations as a double page spread.

I did reply with copies again of passport and driving licence - just wondering
If this means I’m going to be waiting even longer? (Desperate to hand my notice in in current job)
