feel like im being scammed buy student accommodation

my last payment was on the 30th, they charged me again today, so they charged me again 15 days after, and the want the next payment in another 30 days this doest feel legal
also the price on the website is £150 a week but now there charging me 180 a week again this feel illegal

Read your contract and highlight the problem with the landlord/agency and the uni, if the accommodation is through them.
