Loughborough course switch

Ive applied for commerical managment and ive gotten an offer. But im scared i won't like the course and i would want to switch international business i have a few questions.

1. Who will i need to speak to?
2. Would i be allowed to switch?
3. Is there any specifc requirement i would need if i already got All a*'s
4. Would i need to pay an additional fee if wanting a placement year aswell
I really like loughborugh and i dont want to loose my place
