Jobs

Hi,
I am thinking of what career to do and one of the main factors that i am considering is the pay. you may say that other factors are more important (work-life balance, personal satisfaction), however, at this point of time i want to look at the high paying degrees/jobs and eventually filter it out to the thing that i enjoy the most. i was considering medicine. do you think this is a good choice? many thanks
