I have missed my LNAT but I have a predicted of 3A* 1B so where can I apply at a most reputable uni for LLB? And is there any realistic chance of getting scholarships?

You can book another test at your own expense. There's still time to meet the LNAT completion deadline for all/most non-Oxbridge universities (usually December 31st or sometime in January). If you can't book a slot, I guess Warwick and Manchester are decent.
