Why do I keep getting rejected from interviews
I plan plan plan and still get rejected. I get angry and send stupid emails like I won’t apply again. Had 6 interviews in the past two months, rejected

Well, the good news is that you're getting interviews, which must mean that you have a decent CV.
Have you ever asked for interview feedback? If you "get angry and send stupid emails", then I suspect not. Unless you know what's going wrong at interview, it's going to be difficult to correct it.
Have you reflected in what might be the issue? Or are you the perfect interviewee in your eyes?
