Should I mention why I'm transferring uni's on personal statement
So I'm on a gap year and in the process of transferring uni's from doing Film and TV at Solent to doing a film and media course at another uni. I'm planning to apply to multiple uni's in case one rejects me. In my personal statement I have mentioned the skills I have gained from studying at Solent but have not mentioned why I'm transferring. Do I need to mention why I'm transferring?

I would only add it if it is a positive reason that adds something to your application, otherwise I would leave it out.
