Sat 1450
Got a 1450 in the SAT, 11 GCSEs (7 A*s, 4 As), 2 A*s and 2As in A levels. Should i submit my score to Yale, Princeton, NW, NYU?

Your GCSEs and A Levels look fine; however your SAT score does drop you slightly overall as a candidate. For the first two colleges, a 1450 wouldn't look great at all, as the average SATs are significantly higher, similar goes for NW. For NYU, a high proportion of students go test optional, so you I would advise you do too.
In summary, yes I would take a risk of going test optional for Yale, Princeton, and NW, and test optional at NYU should be fine
