What am I missing?

I have been applying for jobs in the NHS for more than 6 months now. I haven't gotten one interview call so far. I meet all the essential and most of the desirable criteria. I am applying for Band 2 and Band 3 jobs predominantly eventhough I have a Masters degree and I am qualified for Band 4 jobs.
My classmates having the exact same CV as me have landed interviews so I am pretty sure it's not that.
I am sure I'm missing out on minute key details but without feedback, I'm not able to tell what's wrong.
Can anyone help me with this? Any general information would also be very useful!
