Does Oxford offer pharmacology

At undergraduate level, no. And nor does Cambridge, either.

https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/courses

Though that said, aspects of pharmacology may come up in some of the somewhat related courses offered at both universities.

Edit: Oxford does offer DPhil and MSc Pharmacology, but these are graduate level courses and you will need to first complete a relevant undergraduate course to a sufficiently high standard to be able to access either option.

Cambridge offers pharmacology via natural sciences.

Suggestions on universities that offer pharmacology

I’ve edited the above post with the link to the UCAS website, so you can search for pharmacology courses at the appropriate level and so you can filter out universities in parts of the UK that you wouldn’t want to study in for whatever reason. I’ll leave it to you to check your predictions/achieved qualifications meet the entry requirements.

If you are looking at universities outside the UK, I honestly have no idea what the other systems are like as I only applied to UK universities as a home student.

I will have a look and see if there are any users who are more suited to answer this than I am.

What are the requirements for entering

No worries - to be fair Cambridge has a lot of courses that are really "containers" for other courses which can hard to tell at a glance (e.g. HSPS, archaeology, AMES, MML, etc)

Universities will generally list the subjects they expect you to have studied/be studying and the grades they expect you to achieve for a particular course they offer if you are planning on applying to study said course there. This will depend to an extent on which university and which course you are applying to.

You should be able to find these subjects and grades either by searching on the UCAS website linked above and looking at each option, or by searching the university websites on google and looking through the pages on the courses you are interested in applying for.
