Why, my student finance loan application is not approved yet by sfl?

Hi,

My wife is full time undergraduate student of 3rd year. SFL asked me to approve her student finance loan application and I have submitted my docs more than 3 weeks ago. My SFL account is saying on screen everything is completed. But my wife account is asking for two things. Except these two, everything showing is completed.
Firstly, (“Awaiting Sponsor 1 Details – Not complete.) What is this meaning?

Secondly, Upload your supporting evidence is showing “received”

I am unsure as what this is? Can you please help to sort out this problem? I will be very grateful.
