Advice for the HPAT

People say the UCAT and the HPAT is similar, but I am finding the HPAT (especially the non verbal reasoning) insanely difficult. I am getting absolutely awful scores. The patterns I am seeing on Medentry are absolutely insane (to be able to guess in 60 seconds) and there are so many of them - I am starting to really lose hope and faith here. Anyone have any advice?
