Foundation year or restart year 12?
Should I restart year 12?
I’m thinking about either doing a foundation year for mechanical engineering, or resitting year 12 with new subjects. I ended up taking Biology, English Literature and Sociology which have no link to engineering, before year 12 I had no interest in engineering but a month ago I had some experience and was certain I wanted to do it. I’m gonna resist gcse maths in the summer to get a higher maths grade, but i’m unsure if I should stick to my plan of doing a foundation year, or if i get a high grade like an 8 in maths, should i restart year 12 with maths, fm and physics?
