level 3 confusion apprenticeship diagnostic radiography

hi all
I have just uploaded my certificates for my university element of the apprenticeship and have realised that I may have confused the entry requirement. All the paperwork states 'level 3 qualification' is doesn't define NVQ or BTEC........im now anxious that i will loose my place and subsequently my job because i have an NVQ3, NVQ4 equivalent and only 40 points from additional courses........... do i just wait and see hoping that i slide by or do i phone and ask !!!!! im only 5 weeks away from starting .....
