Applying to same course after cancelling admission last september

Last year I accepted an offer to study Law at Uni of Birmingham, I enrolled and even booked accommodation. But last minute I cancelled and had to send a formal letter etc to withdraw. It didn't count as 'dropping out' as the semester hadn't started so.

Will my application be hampered if I reapplied this round? My application overall is stronger as my achieved grades were above the conditional. Will it be an issue? Thanks

If you mean you want to reapply to Birmingham for the same course it shouldn't be a problem.
